Hi I’m a 53 year old lady that had a full hysterectomy in august 2019 then got Covid 19 in March 2020 and a year on still suffering with Long Covid systems. My hormones are all over the place and the fatigue is impossible at times. I have also put on 4 stone in weight due to my inability to be able to run around like I used to do. Any suggestions?

🤔 Are you prescribed medication/HRT for your surgically induced menopause..Depending on where you live, you may be able to find a Menopause Practitioner.

Thanks. That’s interesting. I’m on the bog standard Esterelle which seems to be ok but who knows 💁‍♀️

I had very good HRT after the hysterectomy and it helped a lot.I wouldn't advise anyone to just try and cope without HRT unless the change did not effect them.
