What sort of blood tests would you get for seeing your hormone levels?

Hi I’ve never really felt looked after re this & use 2 pumps of gel & two tablets at night as was allergic itchy on everything else! After I was sent from Essex to Mike End to see a lovely consultant, they face me the combo checked in for around a yr then said I had the number if I ever had any issues to go back... I’d love to know what I’d be like off of them (I bleed if I’m even late rubbing the gel in or mostly on the start of a new bottle) Am I even through menopause? Just tricking my body etc? I’d have a private blood test, but what tests for levels would I be looking for & how long would I need to be off meds to get an accurate test? Any help with unraveling this would be great TIA Jo
