Is it normal to bleed in between periods?

A few weeks ago I started bleeding thinking I started my period and I realised I was only 16 days since my last period which i found very strange and it only lasted a day or to.

I’m not sexual active and have had the same happen about 5 years but didn’t think anything of it since it never happened again. around the same time I developed a lump in armpit which has calmed down now.

I’m a diabetic and had a smear test a couple of years ago.

No it's not normal, best see your GP for a check.

You may have a build up of fybroids/polyps which may need to be removed like i had to. After you have had your next period go for a internal scan and this will determine if you have them or not as it will look like you are about to have a period not just finished
