Utrogestan and Lenzetto

have been started on utrogestan and lenzetto.

I was told to take the utrogestan 2 weeks on 2 weeks off in my cycle starting somewhere in the middle. I can’t remember off the top of my head exactly when. Which is part of my peri menopause symptoms.

I don’t know when In the cycle I start the lenzetto and do I just take that everyday including when I take the utrogestan?
