Is this normal

So I was originally on the combined pill but was changed to the progesterone only pill for 12 days and then put back on the combined pill. For those 12 days I bled super heavy but then after a few days back on the combined pill it stopped but now I’ve made it to the end of the combined pack so have taken my 7 day break but have not bled.

I took a early detection pregnancy test and it came back negative so could me not having a withdrawal bleed be due to stress which I have been lately.

My bleeding on the combined pill has always been light but not non existent like this
