feeling great after beng sick.
made it to work earlier than the day before and thats after worrying about sleep. was looking forward to working for my health. its just sleep breaking it up causes me anxiety.
so last night i thought i couldn't sleep. so i thought i'd be proactive and do something. so... i cracked open the pink gin i've been saving for christmas. i thought i didn't have any alcohol like beer or wine and i needed help to sleep
i was talking to a friend who takes stuff to sleep and i'm the same but i think the doctors are messing with the dose cos its not having the same effect.
so i took alcohol, medincally. it was alright, apart from flashing my boobs on the internet and being sick.
just stressing the importance of sleep to the wobble warriers and how we can all fall of the wagon, sometimes! for the record i'm not a regular drinker.
