UTI infections

Has any woman ever had a UTI where they get sharp pains in there lower abdomin. I was on amoxicillian but it gave me the runs so they switched me to macrobid and I have only taken 2 so far. The doc office also said I am pooping out the infection which i never thought of. But you can hear my stomach making sounds and I feel like I’m bloated. The pains will come and go then when i poop they seem to reside.

Thanks everyone
