Heart rate and periods!

Just wondering if anyone else feels like their heart rate goes up or down during their period? Don’t know wether it’s my anxiety or what.

Hi yes I've noticed my heart rate goes faster and also my anxiety is real bad around my period, mine are so irregular also hormones mess with anxiety quite alot

It’s horrible isn’t it! As if periods aren’t bad enough

Could be it's affecting your iron cuz of blood loss & that will affect your heart rate. Have your doc test all your vitamins & minerals..and maybe get your hormones checked with an endocrinologist.

If you do get your iron checked have them do ferritin as well & saturation..all of it!
