Painful leg

Hi everyone. I'm asking this in favour of someone else. She sent me a picture of her mother's leg and say there's a black mark on her leg and it's very painful and she can barely walk because of the pain when she tries to walk. Any advise or temporary treatment is welcome

Has she seen her Dr for treatment ? If not she needs to asap.

No she got an appointment only on Monday. Any idea what it might be?

Looks like an ulcer which can be very difficult to treat, she shouldn't have let it get so bad.

Could it be cellulitis need antibiotic
