Laparoscopies and scar tissue

Hi all, I would like to know if anyone has had laparoscopies to remove / investigate their abdomen and has noticed visible / feelable scar tissue on the front of their bladder when feeling their front.

Just to explain: I have endometriosis and had two laps to excise it (over two years ago). I had extensive endo all over my bladder, uterus and back of bowel, they were all stuck together. My amazing specialist excised all the endo and unstuck everything. I've noticed for quite some time that the front of my bladder when feeling above my hairline (sorry if tmi) feels rough and raised, I'm not sure if that makes sense. As I'm working on toning up I can see / feel it more. It's never bother me until I started Aerial Silks and Aerial Sling, because of placement positions and shimmying around it's bruised that area. It doesn't hurt to urinate and I haven't had any lasting effects.

Should I be worried or just accept it as the norm for scar tissue from the laps? Is there anything I can do to massage / soften the front of my bladder to ease the scar tissue?

I needed laparoscopic surgery 3 years after my hysterectomy due to problems with urinating including incredible pain.

Surgery discovered that scar tissue had fused my ovary to part of my bowel.

It was freed and scar tissue was removed.

I still experience pain, but nothing like you described.

I’m sorry you’re going through this.
