Pelvic pain.

I’ve been getting on and off pelvic pain for the past couple of years and I have no idea what the tigger is or why I get it?

I’ve had multiple tests, all of which came back clear (apart from one ultrasound which showed I had a simple cyst of my ovary which then went on it’s own, the gyno said it was nothing to be concerned about).

The doctors think it would be ovulation pain however it’s not really showing a real pattern anymore.

I noted a diary of the pains etc and I found a pattern of it plays up in the evenings when I go to bed. I am fine during the day, no pain but in the evenings I’m always when it plays up, I usually wake up perfectly fine and In no pain at all. The pain itself is a mix between cramps and a dull ache. Can be really bad but most of the time it’s probably about a 5/6 out of 10. More discomfort.

I have spoken to multiple different doctors about the possibility of it being endometriosis however they all seem to think it’s not that as my symptoms don’t match, my periods are fine, not to heavy nor painful.

However I cannot stop worrying. Does anyone recognise my symptoms and give me any advise of what it could be?
