I am from Toronto. My wrinkles in the forehead was a headache for me for many days. I consulted a skin specialist, so she told me that it is because of my age and also advised me of taking Botox treatment in medvspa.com/en/services/inj.... When I searched to know more about this treatment, I came to know that when we inject this toxin, it will block the signals from your nerves to your muscles. And in fact, there is a chance of killing ourselves. Also have many side effects. I dont know how much truth is there in this. Now I am confused. Please share your thought about this.

I do know a lot of young women use botox because I used to be friends with a young women who was addicted to it (she was 26). All I will say that her face looked expressionless and frozen. I am 60 and have a round face so I don't have many wrinkles but I would think carefully about doing this if I was you. Sometimes we are very self critical and when I was 16 I thought I looked horrible ... I now look back and think what was I moaning about?! However I do know this procedure does wear off after a few months so you could try it and see if you like it.
I've had Botox many times without problems. I don't get enough to look " frozen" just enough to soften out the wrinkles. It lasts 3-4 months.
You definitely want someone who is well qualified and not money hungry. Some injectors will convince you that you need more than you may need. A good injector will start with a smaller amount and suggest you come back if you think you need more.
