Anyone help with my poor health

Hi. So I have been concerned about my general heart rate for a while now and I’ve had an ECG done and everything was fine. But my resting heart rate is always between 80-100bpm. Always. It never gets lower than that, I’m only 22 years old. But I feel like my general health is incredibly poor despite me exercising and eating healthy. I can barley walk up hill at all without not being able to breathe... I always thought I just had some type of asthma... I also always feel constantly tired and drained despite getting enough sleep. Does anyone know whether I just need to step up my health a bit more, maybe exercise more and try and eat more healthy, or if I should be genuinely concerned? I don’t even know what a doctor could tell me other than try and be more healthy?

Have you had your thyroid tested ? Normal resting heartrate for women is between 60 -100 bpm so you are within the normal range.

No I haven’t had that tested. And I have seen everywhere online that whilst 60-100 is normal, my heart rate constantly is not ideal
