I don’t know if this is appropriate but I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant (6months). Before pregnancy, my husband always was interested in sex. Now, he never does and it’s left me feeling insecure and lonely.
I’ve read that some men don’t feel comfortable having sex if their partner is pregnant but I’ve confirmed that it’s okay with the doctor. My husband won’t talk about it much but did say he feels weird doing it knowing a baby is inside me.
I just don’t know what to do. I feel so unattractive and undesirable. I don’t have a high sex drive at all but I hate that he seems to have completely lost interest in me and never initiates anymore. Guess I’m just venting. Sigh.

Missy, so sorry to hear about your struggles with hubby and pregnancy. Thankfully you're on the homestretch of pregnancy now and soon enough you'll be able to hold your little one in your arms. Try really hard not to take it to personally, remember there are many forms of intimacy, try to just be there for your husband and understanding how he feels about it all. Keep the lines of communication open and let him know how you feel and respect how he feels. Try to take as many date nights as you can now before baby comes enjoying spending as much quality time together as you are able. You'll get through this and things will return to a new normal plus one in the house. Congrats on your sweet baby!!
