Cerazette side effects (Mini Pill)

Has anyone taken the Cerazette (POP) mini pill? I have been taking it for 7/8 months and recently I have been suffering terribly with my mental health. These side effects have only started recently. Has anyone else suffered with this? Feel like I’m going mad!

Quite a few people seem to have problems taking cerazette, it could be worth speaking to your doctor to see if there are any alternative brands you could try.

I’ve been on the combined pill before and suffered with that, I’m best just being contraception-free but obviously don’t want to run the risk of getting pregnant.

I think some ladies find the arm implant has less affect on their mood. There's also the copper/Mirena coil, which is completely hormone free, it just "plugs" the bit where the sperm needs to get to.
