I take Menoforce sage tablets, they helped me tremendously. I no longer wake up soaked through.

Hope this helps

I agree with the sage tablets, or if like me you have the mood swings and hot flushes, I take menopause support by A.vogal, you can get a free 15 day sample if you ask for it on their web site, you can email them, or ask any questions regarding the menpoause, they are very helpful.

I've tried the sage, red clover, black cohosh and nothing worked for me! I've had the hot flushes and night sweats for around 9 years. I found that a flask of ice cold water (by the bedside) and hot water bottles filled with cold water helps tremendously. Good luck with the sage, it really does help some women!

Did try one type 2 years ago but it didn't work. And I didn't go back. Have been trying over counter things. Which seemed to help for a while but now it's getting unbearable.

I keep a product called a Chillow by my bed and when I wake up, I put it next to me and it soaks up all my heat. I also have a sheet over me so I can kick off my duvet when I get hot and still be covered. No sugar after dinner (including alchohol :( ) and drinking enough water ALL help. Finally, I swapped to a single duvet so my husband's heat doesn't affect me. I have stopped sweating but it's often a choice between wine or quality sleep.
