🙂 Have a look at menopausesupport.co.uk Here on Healthunlocked there is a possibility of setting up a separate Menopause Support Group for peer support, but in the meantime have a look at the link 🙂

Hi I have found an app called “Balance” which is all about the menopause, it’s free too 😀

Hello, thank you for responding. An app would be so helpful, as I can refer to it whenever I need to. ☺️

It’s over 20 years ago now, but I was advised to take Sage. It certainly helped with hot flashes. Menopause is a long haul and takes years to end. It shocked me to hear from a lady I spoke to at the start of mine who was still in it after 15 years, and sure enough it turned out that I was the same but a few years longer than her.

I wanted to go natural, I did not want HRT., later my younger sister went down that route and then developed breast cancer. Connected or not, I have no idea but I’m still glad I went the natural way with herbal remedies. But you need to check and do research because some herbal products are no good and can even be dangerous.

Look at the Balance app. Dr Louise Newson runs a clinic in Stratford on Avon, and one further north. Look at her website, it provides lots of information, she also has the free Balance app. I keep seeing her on tv and listening to her podcasts. It's all really helpful.
