6 months PP brown bleed

Hi ladies

I had a c-section and I’m nearly 6 months pp. I’m exclusively breastfeeding my baby. On Monday I had a brown bleed which lasted 2.5 days and tailed off with some red blood towards the end. I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what it could be. My periods haven’t returned yet so wondering if that was it or could it be implantation bleeding as my partner and I have had unprotected sex.

Thanks
