So I’ve just come back from the doctors after having my coil strings checked. It took my doctor at least 5-15 minutes to find the strings which is probably normal I don’t know as this is my first time getting them checked🤷🏽♀️.
But my doctor mentioned that I might have a pushed back cervix?? not 100% sure if this was on the occasion but I wasn’t told about this when I had the coil fitted I was just told “everything is normal and it went fine”.
And no this isn’t because I was sitting awkwardly I was sat with my knees spread apart and the balls of my feet touching.

🙂 No,my cycle was regular, give or take a few days, without any change in blood loss until perimeopause. I reached menopause at 54. I always found smears very painful, possibly due to the tilt 🤔
