Scary been experiencing these moments. How do we deal with them?

The first thing I’d would say is not to be embarrassed by them. I have found carrying a fold up fan (bought off Amazon) in my bag is a good start. There are supplements around that claim to help but personally I never found they helped. I have found a spray from Avon called adapt cooling elixir good. It cools the skin without causing irritation and blocking your pores. Plenty of slow deep breathes and moving to a quiet area if I’m out or standing by an open window to catch the breeze. They do get easier . I hope you find a way to cope x

Thank you so much 😊 really appreciate the time you took to reply. I have a little fan I will definitely add that to my bag when I go out . Bless you 😇

Try taking Sage. I was recommended to try it by a health shop assistant when I was suffering 20 years ago. It certainly helped me.
