Well oregano oil has worked but is very uncomfortable, Heavy duty probiotics, and there is some oral creams that can be bought online.

My herbalist friend uses a peeled garlic clove, pricked all over to allow the oil out, then threaded with cotton for easier removal (like a tampon). I'd also suggest boiling the cotton to sterilise it first.

Raw manuka or heather honey could work, too. Raw not pasteurised as you want the natural bacteria in the honey to kill off the thrush fungus.
