Woken up t to a brown/red discharge yesterday morning in my underwear not excessive like spotting which has now turned to a yellow/brown colour

My period finished 10 days ago and not sexually active neither pregnant or had a child.

it’s usually old blood what’s just coming out still. Honestly this happens to a lot of people it’s not very nice but it tends to go within 4 days x
