Pink discharge

Hey everyone,

I wonder if anyone can help? I’ve had spotting after sex, awful pelvic pain and now getting pink discharge. I had an emergency smear Monday night and bled the minute my cervix was touched.

I have a IUD in place which she said looked fine.

Freaking out a bit. Anyone had these sort or symptoms?
