Hi all! My spouse troubles me, accuses me, insults me all the time. He is very closed minded and only thinks of life the way he thinks it is! I’m tired but feel stuck, I feel unhappy

Hi it sounds like emotional abuse to me and grounds for a divorce if you can't stand it anymore ask him to leave , something similar happened to me some years back I asked my husband to leave the family home as I just could'nt stand him any longer. I then went to the courts and filled out my own divorce papers as irretrievable breakdown of marriage. If you want to save your marriage I suggest some kind of relate councilling. If you need advice go to your local CAB office. Don't put up with it and if violence is involved call the police. Hope you get happier soon. xxx

If you can leave him leave! He sounds as though he is trying to knock your confidence, control you and make you feel worthless. Whats making you feel stuck?

This sounds like domestic abuse.I imagine there are local services to you that support people in your situation and thye will take this seriously and give support to help you dealwith this.I have been in same situation.
