Breast pain

I’ve been having on and off pain in both breasts for a few months now. I know sometimes it’s nothing to worry about but it’s never happened to me before until recently. I’ve been feeling some pain and tenderness on both breasts, sometimes more on the left and sometimes on the right. I’m starting to get anxiety as I have family history of breast cancer. Should I see my gyno sooner or is this just all in my head?

You need to see your GP, possibly hormonal as it's both sides but nobody here can diagnose the problem.

Do you smoke cigarettes, are you sure it's not your chest?

There are a lot of things it could be... But to make sure it's not cancer go to the doctor 👍🏼
