I went on holiday 3 months ago, every time I had long walks and i felt breathless. When I came back home, my nose been like blocked and sore since then and struggled to breath overnights, and still feel breathless every time when I had long walks. I was going to go doctors but there's no pains tho. But few days ago I had sharp pain for like 5 mins, like on my heart or next to the heart. Any ideas what it could be?? Im only 8kg, slim.

Hi EDJ23,

Anything to do with pain in the cardio thoracic area and breathlessness is not a good combination especially if you have been on a long haul flight. Not to get you scared, but it is better to have it investigated as soon as possible.
