Hi I need advice on which enzimes are best for me

because every time I eat my stomach gets instantly really bloated no matter what I eat even when I eat very healthy drink water I don't even consume Milk or any lactose ..

Are my síntomas part of menopause ?

I did recently quit smoking is two months now I don't know if my digestion is changing back to normal

I don't have insurance for now so in the meantime I need to know what's the best enzyme for me now and if probiotics is going to help me which ones and how to combine it with enzymes

Thanks for your advice

I don't know about 'the best', but you can purchase NOW brand makes a Super Enzyme HCI which may help with the bloating. Have you tried an elimination diet to see what foods you may be having a reaction to? Bromelain from a pineapple is also supposedly helpful in digestion.
