The past 2 months i have been extremely tired, no matter how much or how little sleep i had. I would come home from school and instantly drop off but then when i woke up i'd be even more tired than before the cat nap. Then adding on to this i have been getting sharp pains, cramps, muscle spasms in my lower shoulder / shoulder blade. This would lead to excruciating pain at times and sometimes lead to me not being able to do anything with that arm. Leading on to that it does get worse at night. It's mainly in my Left but at times has been in my right. A few nights spread over this period of time i have had migraines but mainly later at night. I have also lost weight in a quick amount of time.
Does anybody know what the cause of this could be? And if you could help with the problem, thankyou.

Could it be allergies draining you or maybe a vitamin deficiency? After going from doctor to doctor I finally found one to give me a full blood test. I was low in B12. (read up on b12 deficiencies) Since I've been taking a B complex vitamins my energy is back and I also take Claritin before I go to places that I know will give me an allergy and drain me. For the pain in your arm and migraine get one of those microwaveable heating pads they sell on Amazon, that helps me. Maybe you have a pinched nerve? Hope you find relief soon!
