Hi all I've just been subscribed these tabs has anyone else taken these and do they have any side effects like weight gain thank you x

When I first started taking fluoxetine they made me feel sicky but I lost weight which I found good lol x

Thanks for replying have you still not put weight on? That's my fear ive just lost 3 stone and don't want to put it on again x

I have put weight on but that's not because of the fluoxetine I've been on it on and off for years but only put weight on in this last 6 months but think the menopause is to blame 😖 But I'm thinking of buying that serenity cream for menopause as it says it can help loose the weight fingers crossed x

I've been on and off so many antidepressants, I can't remember them all. Prozac, which is the one you're taking made me gain weight, but they all do in my case. I would NEVER take another antidepressant again as long as I live. They make me way to "flat" emotionally.

Am on fluoxetine “Prozac” have been on it for 8 years. Did it cause weight gain? Yes. Do I hate the weight gain? Yes, but would I still take it if time repeats itself YES. They worked perfect for me
