Hi all

I have had event after event this year health wise the latest a colonoscopy which thankfully is clear, however im now panicking about my left breast.

3 years ago I was referred to the breast clinic after I found a lump and loads of bumps incl a Private breast specialist whom said my breasts were normal but the clinic did the ultrasound and diagnosed me with fatty tissue, ive started to feel the lump again but I swear its bigger and feels more fixed to the muscle, im scared the lump has turned or has been cancer all along, my right breast feels fine, im not sure what to do!!

My aunt had breast cancer years ago also.

Thought my anxiety was over and now this!!!!

Please anyone, ive been prodding for days now...and back to the uncontrollable crying and depression

I am sorry you're feeling so bad about this and I can understand why you would feel anxious.

The best and only way right now is to get an appointment with your doctor to get everything checked out. Don't delay ....it won't reduce your anxiety.
