Is it possible to stop a period after it's already started??

No, I don't think we can stop our period after it has started.

Taking an odd ibuprofen (less is more) lightens the flow x

Yes in my case either endometriosis I would stop my period for a day then it would come back with vengeance.

Try to exercise a bit, something light like dancing or yoga.
