Sounds a bit like thrush - is the discharge white, and does it smell? You could try a thrush cream?

I dont think it smells but after looking at it this morning I have sores over the lips and a few white spots on pubic area, going to go shops today to see what I can put on it

I would suggest you visit the dr, they will be able to do a swab to confirm if it's thrush. Have you ever seen athletes foot? It's the same sort of infection as thrush, so you'll see similarities.

Thrush is normally classified by cottage cheese discharge not watery discharge and it doesn't cause white sores.

I know putting this out there is quite open, but if you are sexually active you aren't protected from all STD's with condoms. Genital Herpes is passed on from skin to skin contact, the sores may not even be around on the person you are intimate with during intercourse since there are certain medications used to prevent symptoms from showing.
