Coldness in lower legs, anyone else gets this.

Hi I an 3 years peri and having a really bad time of it, I have recently noticed that my lower legs from under my knee down to my ankle is so cold to touch but don't feel cold, has anyone else had this symptom? I am a complete worrier which does not help. Thanks.

Few months back, I feel the same, the numbness or cold sensations in my legs. This lasts for 2-3 hours, I was completely clueless why this happening to me as I was absolutely fine. Then, I noticed that I never had my breakfast and lunch due to my busy schedule and I was stressed for a long time. Then I write down my diet and my daily routine and made some some changes on that. It really worked for me. So, firstly I suggest you to consider all these points. Otherwise, I will tell you the other reasons for this problem: environment changes, Blood Flow, narrowing of the blood vessels, Drugs and Other Substances, Calf injury, Peripheral Vascular disease and Diabetes may also affect this. If you still facing this problem, call a doctor and go for medication.
