I have usually had normal pds I'd get them every 28days for around 7days now for some reason it's not on a cycle the past couple times I've had it for 3 days and before then I synced up with my friend and I'd get it for like 4 or 5 days for some reason last month I got my pd 24 days later then this time it was 20 days later i suffer from severe anxiety and stress and worry can that play a factor in all that or what I am 26 years old

Strenuous exercise routines and stress play a part in causing irregular periods, particularly in a younger age group.
