Pins and needles

Hi i have beeen having the feeling of tingling or cramps in my left hand.. sometimes i feel it on my face mostly the left side.. also my head feel so full as if there is something pressing on it.. i hope some one understand what i am going through been to the hospital a couple of time but they cant seems to find out the problem..

It took me years to get a correct diagnosis of my condition. If it continues to worry

you, don't hesitate to pursue it with your GP. Try to keep a record of when and for how long this sensation lasts. It's possible you could be referred to someone in a better position to assess you.

I can relate! At least 20 to 25 times a day I get sharp pains on the left side of my brain almost like a zap. I call them brain zaps.they last any where from 5 to 15 seconds the pain is so intense it affects my left eye causing it to go blurry. My left arm (from my elbow down) goes to "sleep" every night. I am quite concerned about my issue and have recently gone to my gp for this. He has scheduled a c spine xray as he thinks I may have a pinched nerve in my spine which can be causing my symptoms.

My suggestion is that you see your Dr you may find the answers you need

Have you had your vitamin b12 or folate tested? A classic symptom of a deficiency in these vitamins is pins and needles and tingling. Its a basic blood test to find out
