Am I pregnant?

I was ovulating and most fertile 2 days before I got my copper IUD out. I had sex all four nights before. 3 days later I did try the morning after pill but it has been 7 days and I'm experiencing major signs of conception...although it is 5 days before my period...this feels different than PMS, is it in my head or am I pregnant?

I forgot to mention that I am also 41 years old. Genetically our family is very fertile and has babies in their 40s.

Hi 40trying, I think that question can only be solved with a pregnancy test! How do you feel about being pregnant? You are very lucky to have the genes to be fertile ;)
