Trying out jillian micheal videos with morning gym. here starts my quest for losing 10 kgs in 2 months.

today i've taken my weight. Need to reduce 10 kgs to attain normal weight. have been strugglin with weight all my life. have been successful at times not so successful other times. i'm a foodie. love every food out there, i gave it up. I've been on diet for the last 2 yrs. Lost 10 kgs.but sticking to a diet makes one moody and i have reached a plateu. so i've decided to combine a good balanced diet with high intensity exercise,

. Exercise today- at gym, treadmill inclined to max 5 mins for warmup, leg exercises using equipements, side leg raise, squats, wide squats, burpees. Abs , using medicine ball situps.

And to end it off crosstrainer for 15 mins.that was just the morning gym workout, then it,s jillian micheal's six pack workout lvl 1 . :) Will be posting my weight after 2 weeks.

Not to burst your bubbles, but i have tried herballife twice!! And both the times i just gained weight. Thanks for the offer but this is just not for me. there is just no shortcut for losing weight and that is the hard truth people need to accept. Granted suplement food drinks work but it gets monotonus and boring not to mention expensive after a long time.and the moment you stop this diet and get back to normal food you tend to get all your weight back and this i say from experience.

Guys. great news! I lost an inch from my waist, even my thighs and hips and i can see my collar bones!!(yes. it's a big deal to me)and i lost a kilo and half. :) hard work pays off. wish me luck people.
