today i've taken my weight. Need to reduce 10 kgs to attain normal weight. have been strugglin with weight all my life. have been successful at times not so successful other times. i'm a foodie. love every food out there, i gave it up. I've been on diet for the last 2 yrs. Lost 10 kgs.but sticking to a diet makes one moody and i have reached a plateu. so i've decided to combine a good balanced diet with high intensity exercise,
. Exercise today- at gym, treadmill inclined to max 5 mins for warmup, leg exercises using equipements, side leg raise, squats, wide squats, burpees. Abs , using medicine ball situps.
And to end it off crosstrainer for 15 mins.that was just the morning gym workout, then it,s jillian micheal's six pack workout lvl 1 . Will be posting my weight after 2 weeks.
