Hello Everyone i am sharing my easy weight loss diet with you. hope you will get the same result which i got. before sharing it their are some basic rules that we should keep in mind-
1 Dont give excuses for not doing exersice.its is very important for loosing and maintaing your weight.
2 Never skip breakfast.thats the most important meal of the day .
3 Drink lots of water atleast 8 9 glasses. It will cleanse your inner system.
4 Have green tea, that’s acted as a wonder drink in my case .have 2 cups a day,but remember never take it empty stomach.
5 loosing weight does not mean to starve. one can never reduce fat from the body by starving one.eat 4-5 meals a day. But it should be healthy. it will control your hunger pangs
SO here is the diet chart-
When You wake up take a fruit or one glass milk without sugar with in an hour.
Breakfast 8 a.m-9AM- a)YOU can have moong daal chilla. Add vegeies of your choice on it.or
B) Double toned or skimmed milk with muesli or oats . I do not add sugar in it. I use one tablet of sugarfree.i know sugarfree is not good for health but one tablet a day is ok.or
C) Milk and fruit. Avoid banana and mangoes.or milk and boiled eggs without yellow part.
Around 11- 12 you can have your second meal of the day that may include sprouts salad, boiled eggs ,frit, clear vegetable soup.
Lunch- Masala oats. Prepare it by adding vegetables of your choice.Add maggi masala for increasing the taste.or you can use ready to eat masala oats.
Dinner- Moong chilla or salad and Boiled eggs ,soup.
You can take salad and clear soup as many times you want.Exersice for one hour.You can join a gym. I go to the gym daily. Or you can do Jogging in the garden.

Hi,eggs are good source of protein.protein make you stomach full for a longer time, preventing your hunger pangs.you can have boiled eggs without egg yolk for breakfast and dinner. i want you to consume oats in lunch because oats contain good cars and its a good source of fiber. you can make omelette ,scrambled eggs,use only white part.it would be good if you use non stick pan for cooking. here is a quick recipe of oats..heat the pan add one t spoon of oil. add mustard seeds when its start cracking add vegetables. you can add onion, tomatoes ,carrot ,capsicum and other veggeis of your choice.cook them add little salt and red chiili powder. when the veggies are cooked add water ,add Maggie masala,when its start boiling add oats.stir continuosly.cook for another 2-3 mints any your wonderful meal is ready.use may have low fat curd with it.. proportion of water and oats- i take one and a half cup of water for one forth cup of oats. donts add much salt in your veggies as Maggie masala contains salt.. it will taste like Maggie. 1. wake up at 5 am finish our morning works, then 5.40 to 7.15 am go to walking......
2.after bath that is 8 am 1 glass juice like carrot, water content vegetables (thadiyangai, cucmber, vazali thandu juice), barli water etc. and 2 idli or 2 dosai or 2 chappathi this enough for breakfast.
3. then 11 am take 1 glass of skimmed milk and fruit or vegtable salad
4. after noon 1 'o' clk take lunch (small cup of rice, lot of vegetables)
5. 3 'o' clk any juice
6.7 'o' clk take dinner (2 idly or any other light food)
7. 9 'o' clk 2 cup water
dear anubala whats your current weight and height.you diet does not seems to be a balanced diet. although it contains lots of fruit and vegetable that's a good source of fiber and vitamins, but i did not find any source of protein in your diet.. also i want to know what kind of juice do you take and your idlis are made up of rice or rawa ?.

Hi I walk for 3kms daily to my aerobics class and back home ( total 6kms ) . Morning I have poha and juice or 2 phulkas , in lunch I have 2 rotis , curd , dal , sabji , salads . I drink green tea 3-4 times a day . Foir dinner , I have dalia or 1-2 rotis . I have 1-2 fruits throughout the whole day . I hate oats . So , please tell me what modification should I do in the above.
