10kg in 3 months ..i can do it !

Hi, I'm vani here . I want to loose 10 Kg (22 Pounds) in 3 months . last diet i lost around 20kg but when things going on good , suddenly i got lazy n tired though of getting a break ...then shit happen , i gain back 12 kg =( ..now again i want to challenge my self wanna see whats the max i can go ...but this time without gym , gonna try walking at park for 45 min or 1 hour and eat below 1200 cal per day ....so please leave your idea tips whatever that worked for u , or can email me as well ... will very much appreciate it . my challenge date starts from 20 March 2015 , ends at 20 Jun 2015 , i will keep updating on my weight ..and the way of diet i choose..i'm been reading and trying a lot way of diet

  • Hope everything is going on well . First of all set your goal write it down stick some where you will notice all the time .

    Okay for me after reading a lot article and done it once , I find out that high fiber breakfast can help you lose weight , exp morning u can take oats and Apple or banana .anything that contain high fiber .

    Then lunch take 3-5 table spoon of rice then a lot of vegetables then chicken , coz you need a balance diet .

    I don't use to have tea break or tea time , if u want just take green tea and plan biscuits 2-3 pc

    Exercise 45min to1 hours 5 days a week

    Walking or cycling anything ...

    For dinner eat as light as u can , just soup or one dish (chicken mix vegetables )avoid oily ,rice ,bread ,noodle at night if u want to take thosai or chappti .

    Drink 2liters of water , 8.cups and more

    If you're using smart phone try to download those app which can track your intake calories .

  • Sample Meal Plan:

    Breakfast

    Soft Cheese

    2 Eggs any style

    2 Serving spoons vegetable casserole.

    Lunch

    Cheese or nuts

    1 small barely-ripe banana or 1 medjool date

    3 oatcakes or quinoa (90g cooked weight).

    Dinner

    1 medium sweet potato or 1 cob sweetcorn or chickpeas (100g cooked weight).

    non-starchy roast vegetables or stir-fry greens

    palm-size meat or fish or seafood or poultry or game

    whipped double-cream and/or coconut.
