Hi, I'm vani here . I want to loose 10 Kg (22 Pounds) in 3 months . last diet i lost around 20kg but when things going on good , suddenly i got lazy n tired though of getting a break ...then shit happen , i gain back 12 kg =( ..now again i want to challenge my self wanna see whats the max i can go ...but this time without gym , gonna try walking at park for 45 min or 1 hour and eat below 1200 cal per day ....so please leave your idea tips whatever that worked for u , or can email me as well ... will very much appreciate it . my challenge date starts from 20 March 2015 , ends at 20 Jun 2015 , i will keep updating on my weight ..and the way of diet i choose..i'm been reading and trying a lot way of diet
