yea a I know what you mean, gym ok but its not the thing the thing is as far as I can tell is diet during the day least it is for me. Little and often is working for me loads of walking too but the small portions and rigid adherence to three times a day will get me to my goal......still struggling on the 7pm - 7am gap tho
