Hi I'm new in this , i am trying to lose weight I haven't started yet the 12 weeks program but i will from monday, i am going to gym 4-5 times a week and but still I don't have enough motivation and don't know what to do and to belive in me to move on and still do it. I feel depressed and stressed.

What is the 12 week program you refer to?

yea a I know what you mean, gym ok but its not the thing the thing is as far as I can tell is diet during the day least it is for me. Little and often is working for me loads of walking too but the small portions and rigid adherence to three times a day will get me to my goal......still struggling on the 7pm - 7am gap tho
