My other friend modern will select a time and then we can Exercise on the set time
We will report daily if we did or not
And every week on Sunday we can tell our weight

There is no point if losing 20 kg in two months and then gaining 30 kg within next month

It's never easy to loose weight. Set a target goal for your self and stick to it. Drink water before meals about a 1/2 hour before u eat so your not so hungry. Water fills you up. Drink a meal replacement for breakfast and lunch.
