I'm Shruti..I'm presently pursuing my masters and have suffered from being over-weight ever since a child. I'm very indulgent when it comes to food, and haven't survived a diet/weight loss program because of it.
Although I have denied it all my life, I'm beginning to realise that, despite being quite self-confident, I'm very self-critical because of the same. I don't think people have ever judged me for my weight, but secretly, I make those opinions in my own mind, and I think the only way out for me now, to regain my sanity, is to incur a weight-loss journey and stick to it.
Hope I get some good motivation out here!
