i have followed a diet and worked out for a year and lost weight i still have to loose some more... but now i am finding it difficult to stay on a diet and stopped working out since i have lost the motivation. need some ideas from you all... what do u do when u r tired and bored and cant motivate yourself after a long weight loss plan???
