Over the past 3 plus years, I've lost just over 75 pounds. I've been so happy with my body, except for the skin that sagged from my upper arms. I have tried so many exercises which are focused to reduce the fat that accumulated in my upper arms. But there was no positive results. Now I am planning to do an arm lift surgery at Sliwin plastic surgery ,Toronto. Has anyone done this surgery before? Will it be effective? Kindly post your suggestions.

What you have achieved far outstrips any cosmetic disadvantage in terms of your overall health. Excess skin is an unfortunate side effect of weight loss and if it is an issue the only recourse is surgery. Wear your scars with pride!
