how can i reduce fat from specific body parts effectively?

I have so much fat deposited on my waist area....i have tried hard last year in gym...n found results too...but of no use,as i left my gym...i noticed...same happened wid me again...i've tried dieting too.....can anyone pls suggest me an effective solution to get rid of this..i'll b very thankful to her/him.

Its most often due to genes that we put on weight in specific areas. You may also notice that no matter how much you loose weight some areas take longer. These are the same areas that put on weight quicker than the others.

yes surya namskar with that do hiphop or belly dances if you like dance and dan ur asanam and parvata asam and vajara asam these really helps you and drink dry fruits

water then eat jower rotis or pulka without oil in night and butter milk and avoid curd and use tonned milk and if you like drink cow milk it burns fat break fast eat 2 iddlis and any thing eat only 2 or 3 only lunch little rice only evening snacks only fruit juices with honey avoid sugars and sweets pototoes chips and cool drinks and junk foods also take karbuja and water melon juices
