Vitamin C is must for weight loss.

I have personally observed that vitamin c is must to enhance weight loss.

One thing has to be cleared that single action cannot help u achieving the goal. It has to be

low cal diet+ exercise (or any physical activity ) + certain herbs 0r eatables that enhance your try.

Vitamin c improves ur metabolism which in turn detoxify ur body regularly.It also unblocks the arteries.

1.Include Amla the richest source of Vit C .It can be taken in any form but daily.

2.Drink warm lemon water with honey or rock salt daily empty stomach.

Make sure to take these two ingredients daily for atleast 2 month to see the effective result.

one cannot acheive anything overnight.
