i"m 19 yrs old , i wanna reduce nearly 30 kgs in a very short period of time wth no side effects !! plz do guide me in tis :)

exercise, strict diet, a little physical weight training to burn extra energy, and a good herbal fat burner(muscleblaze fat burner on healthkart website) can assure u will loose it for sure, exercise that to at the level tough..

Don't worry there is certainly something great that can be done ! I can help you .

There are 3 keys to optimum nutrition

1.Balanced nutrition.-Our body need 114 types of nutrients everyday for energy production and repair and restoration process.

2.Water - Studies have shown that for every 20 kgs of your weight you should drink 1 liter of water .Tell me now how much you drink everyday ! I suggest you keep 4 ,1 liter bottles of water for your consumption.I can predict that you need around 4 or more water everyday ! as you need to reduce 30 kgs.

3.Exercise. Engage yourself in some sport and if you don't play jog in the morning,do you have a pet ,go for a walk with your pet or Cycling for just 20 minutes, that can help you stay fit and intact and give you good results .

Most important of all have a good nutritious breakfast every morning.It would help you keep your system clean .
