Sorry for my late reply.
Your age is your big strength as you are not too old. But still shinee i would say you that you should take a time of 3 months for this. Go for less carbohydrate and more fibrous food, focuses on a well balanced protein diet, drink almost 3 litres of water a day. Try to maintain your weight within 48 to 50 kgs. Dont get underweight, it may lead to ample of diseases.
Go for normal walking for 2 kms twice daily. Donot fast please. Always have proper food habbits.
