I am writing a dissertation at the end of years of studying (as a very mature student) and working.
But to put off doing it because I am bored I keep getting up and eating, rather than just getting on with it.
I have a family wedding this summer and really want to lose weight for it, I have started doing the C25K which I love, but need to lose weight for my knees sake. Spoke to a podiatrist the other day that said the when you land on running the force on your foot is three times your body weight!!!
I am beginning the fourth week of the C25K and have only lost a few pounds so am going to really look at my intake this week , I think I am eating the right things but like others have said its potions I’m getting wrong.
Today is Monday, I have the day off and the sun is shinning! So so hard to stay in and work these sunny days are few and far between and the dog needs a walk, and have realised that I started writing this blog when I logged on to study!!!
