Lost 1 pound this week. Struggled to get near 1400 calories. Nearest I got was 1700. Did loads of exercise (2 body pump 2 spin and 1 gym session mainl aerobic) I have always exercised. Have stayed away from chocolate and biscuits which is good but need to find some filling foods as not keen on fruit.

Well done to all those who have stuck to it!

Hi Kismit and Skiing,

I don't know if this will help, It's Just and Idea. I have a daughter that has a big problem with her weight due to medication. She finds that it volume that she needs. She could quite easly eat a whole packet of biscutes, a family packet of crisps ect in one sitting..... So I chop-up a whole Iceburge lettus, cucumber and celery finely add a little Walnut oil mix well and put in a large container and keep it in the fridge, When she feels hungry she helps herself to a large surving, with a little low fat Salad Cream. Since I have been dieting I have been doing the same in the evening and find it really dose fill me up.

Sounds a great idea. I have also read to eat more protein as looking at my food diary I have eaten too much bread (carbs) so I have just had some salad and tuna to keep me going until dinner time.

Thanks everyone for comments.

Hey,

I found that eating salt and vinegar rice cakes from tesco are a cheap and healthier way of snacking when you have the urge for a filling and tasty snack. My problem has always been crisps and doritos, and compared to these the rice cakes are a lot better for you. Here is the nutrition information. Here is the link to them on tesco.com:
